My review: I LOVED this book! Samantha is one of my favorite characters that I think I have ever read. She has such a zest for living. I love that she drives a happy bright yellow Beetle. I love that she writes herself a summer bucket list. Such a great list, have a summer fling with a cowboy, dye her blond hair purple, learn to line dance all before she starts her dream job in New York City in the fall. And then through chance encounter she meets Colten and he is not at all spontaneous, but he is attractive and she falls for him, way beyond summer fling falls for him. I loved how Colten was really everything that Sam wasn't, not at all spontaneous, his life is planned for pretty much the rest of his life. But Sam turns his world upside down. The only problem being he knows that she's leaving for her new job at the end of the summer. Is there any chance for these two to make things work?
This book is a cute, quick to read book. It's perfect for reading lounging by the pool, or for letting it keep you up at night like I did. Make sure to read it, you won't be sorry you did!
If you haven't read any of these great romances by Rachael Anderson all I can say is you'd better get started! Rachael Anderson's romances are some of my very favorites. Her characters are so well-written that you feel as though you know them and count them as friends. The plots are so cute and the romance is perfect. Go read them, you won't be sad that you did!
